Atlanta based film maker phenom, Brandon McCormick, and his unreal team of talent at Whitestone Motion Pictures has produced a short film about the sexual exploitation of children.

I can not tell you how much respect Meg and I have for Brandon and the WMP team he has built. He pours his heart and soul into his work and produces not for the money but for the greater good of humanity. I’m not going to turn this into part of our industry discussions though. Just check out the trailer above and do your part to help spread the word about this film.

Cheers,
Zack

  9. I love it when creative people make something beautiful to bring attention to something many would rather just pretend didn’t exist.

  33. Posting to my blog …….After reading this blog post from an amazing photographer mentor of mine, I was chilled to my very bone, by this movie trailer, portraying the reality of sex trafficking in the Atlanta underground. As a mother of 6 beautiful girls, and advocate for all children the thought of such revulsive acts happening to a child burns me to my very core. As people, as mothers, as fathers, as humans, it is our humanity to be disturbed by this, these are our children, children who depend on us to be their advocate when they have none. I promise to not turn a cheek, for your children for my children, for every child, I vow to take a portion of each and every session I have and donate it to organizations that will be a voice and an advocate to these children. I know this is only one small inhumanity, in our world today but with all my heart I believe every child deserve a childhood, with laughter, with security, with purity, with humanity. ………and taking action! Thanks for posting this not only for the amazing artistry but also for the eye opening look at the bigger picture!

  34. Absolutely chilling! Great post Zach.

  35. Wow! That trailer had me feeling like the kid all shaken up.

  36. thanks so much for sharing – they are clearly doing amazing things and using their gifts for a greater purpose than themselves. I’m inspired and the movie looks like it really will be able to affect change and bring awareness

  37. What I hope this does is “EXPOSES” those who make the “Demand” and not victimize the kids or the girls or even female adults in this trade.. It seems to always focus on the woman or pimps and what not. But no one ever points a finger on those who put this demand out there in the first place..
